Definition: Products primarily intended for children aged 12 and below 2. Reports required by importers: A. CPC (Children's Product Certificate) B. Test Report issued by a third-party laboratory accepted by CPSC (CPSC-accepted) C. Children's products must be tested in a laboratory approved by CPSC, and a CPC certificate shall be issued based on the test results II. Process for CPSC website and IOR filing: A. Record on CPSC official website: https://www.cpsc.gov. B. Enter the relevant information for IOR and EIN to complete account registration and generate a Certifier ID. C. Fill in the relevant 7 product information items in the CPC certification, and then fill in the corresponding report to generate the Product ID. D. Finally, fill in the importer's contact number and contact person, save the information, generate a Version ID, and provide all three IDs to our company during customs clearance. They can be completed by the manufacturer's laboratory or any qualified third-party laboratory. 3. The filing process refers to the CPC product filing process. After the filing is completed, an ID number will be generated. Please provide the filing ID number to our company during customs clearance. Regarding the description of GCC products: After July 8th, our company will no longer handle customs clearance for unregistered GCC products. Such products must be registered successfully before being submitted to our company for customs clearance. Our company can provide the corresponding importer information for GCC products to customers for registration, and then sign relevant agreements.
